As a first time renter, I learned a lot through mediation. After meeting face to face with Rain Liu, I realized that she really cares about her clients and sometimes communication can make or break a relationship. Not knowing about renting a home here in Vegas, it was a huge learning experience. When I left the mediation room, I shook hands with Rain and told her that I wanted to be her friend. Some of the issues we but heads on made sense after everything was explained. Rain is a very nice lady and knowledgeable in the real world.
