Rain Liu is the Broker and Owner of Rain & Co Realty and New Era Realty, with over 19 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, including purchase, sales, and property management in Las Vegas. She leads a dedicated team, currently managing a portfolio of over 600 properties. As a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®), and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS™), Rain brings a high level of expertise across investment, management, and luxury real estate.

Rain founded New Era Realty in 2010 with a vision of providing the highest standard of real estate services to clients. Building on that strong foundation, she later expanded and rebranded under Rain & Co Realty, with a focused approach on residential and commercial purchase and sales, delivering a more personalized, boutique experience tailored to buyers and sellers. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego, which has instilled in her a meticulous, analytical approach to real estate. Rain’s commitment to excellence has driven the firm’s continued success and solidified its reputation as a trusted real estate partner in the Las Vegas market.
